By creating an account and subscribing to CoApply, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
CoApply is a LinkedIn job application automation platform. It uses browser automation to locate Easy Apply job listings and submit applications on your behalf according to the preferences you configure.
Access to CoApply requires an active monthly subscription of $5.00 USD per month, billed via PayFast. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Pricing Changes: CoApply and its operators (1FAR Digital) reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
All payments are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

CoApply is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. The service may go offline temporarily or permanently for maintenance, updates, or any other reason without advance notice. No refunds will be issued for periods of downtime or service unavailability.
You are solely responsible for your use of this service. You acknowledge that automated LinkedIn activity may violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service and User Agreement. CoApply and its operators accept no liability for any consequences including account suspension or banning. Use this service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoApply and 1FAR Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment opportunities, LinkedIn account loss, or any other damages arising from use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes, but continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
